Current RFPs

When the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (TLA) is considering a potential project on a parcel within its portfolio or an overall agency need, the agency issues a Request for Proposal (RFP). We do this for a couple of reasons. We want to ensure we’re casting a wide net to work with the best contractors and equip the agency with critical needs to efficiently maximize the monetary return for our beneficiaries.
