The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (TLA) is now accepting proposals for a property in Tooele County, Utah, located north of the Tooele Army Depot South. The subject property is approximately 600 acres and is in Township 5 South, Range 4 West, within Section 32, SLB&M. We will consider development proposals, lease proposals, or a fee simple sale of this property.
Interested parties should send their proposals detailing plans for the use of the subject property. Proposals will be reviewed per TLA’s established evaluation criteria and selection process.
All proposals to this Request for Proposal (RFP) are due by 3:00 PM on May 13, 2026.
