The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (TLA) is now accepting development proposals for landlocked property in Big Water, Utah. The subject property is approximately 1.64 acres and is found behind Carlucci Way. The property is in Township 43 South, Range 2 East, within Section 13, SLB&M.
Interested parties should send their proposals detailing plans for use of the subject property. Proposals will be reviewed per TLA’s established evaluation criteria and selection process.
All proposals to this Request for Proposal (RFP) are due by 3:00 PM on April 14, 2026.
