Located in the Widtsoe Townsite in John’s Valley on State Highway 22, approximately 13 miles north of the entrance to Bryce Canyon. This parcel is part of the area locally known as Widtsoe Junction, which is near the Dixie National Forest and offers outdoor recreational opportunities including hunting, fishing, sightseeing, and hiking.

Access is based on the plat for the town site. Several lots which are part of the Townsite have already been sold and are being developed. SITLA has 4 lots remaining in the Widtsoe Townsite area.
