This parcel is located approximately 1.5 miles northeast of the town of Castle Dale.

Access:

The property is accessed by an arterial gravel road from Highway 29.
Directions to the property:  From Emery High School, travel approximately 0.8 mile north.  Turn right onto the gravel road and proceed 0.4 mile to the northwest corner of the subject parcel.  Individuals traveling from Price or Huntington on Highway 10 (SR10) need to turn right approximately 0.3 mile after Mile Post 40, before the San Rafael Rec. Access sign, onto a dirt road.  Once on the dirt road, travel 0.4 mile to the southeast corner of the subject property.

Other:

The topography is relatively flat with some undulating ground with drainage mainly to the southeast.  Vegetation is sparse with some sagebrush and range grass.
