The elevation is 5,400 feet. The property is partly river bottom with the Beaver River running through the property from east to west. Vegetation consists of some open grass and brush meadows and some foothill area on the southern portion of the property. There is riparian vegetation along the river with some brush and grass along the southern portion at the base of the mountains. This parcel is bordered by public land on the south and private land on all other sides. The river is classified as a Class III Wild Trout Fishery. This area offers privacy and solitude. It is in a great location away from the crowds and has lots of possibilities.
