The parcel is located north of Dutch John in Daggett County.  Dutch John is located northeast of Flaming Gorge Reservoir.

Access to the property is from the paved Little Hole road via a dirt two-track road which is less than a mile in length.  Access will be recorded and described on the deed.

Additional Information:

The parcel is relatively flat with an elevation of approximately 6,400 feet.  The vegetation is primarily bunch grasses with occasional shrubs.  The surrounding properties are trust lands and privately-owned lands.  The Green River, Flaming Gorge Recreational Area, and Dutch John are all located near this property.
