The property is comprised mainly of steep terrain, with limited level areas near Daniels Creek. Elevation ranges from a low of 6,200 feet at the canyon bottom to a high of 7,500 feet. The majority of the property is located southwest of Highway 40. Vegetation consists of natural grasses, some sage brush, oak brush, pine, aspen, and a few deciduous trees along Daniels Creek. The parcel has some development potential as recreational property, or continued use as summer range ground and/or big and small game hunting potential.
