This parcel is located in Garfield County, within the incorporated city limits of Tropic, Utah and is approximately ½ mile south of the city.

The elevation ranges from 6300 feet to 6548 feet. The topography is gently sloping to steep breaks along Bryce Creek.  The vegetation is brush/grass under story with dense pinyon-juniper forest.  This parcel is one of the three parcels in this area being offered at this auction.  The three parcels are bordered on the north and east sides by private land and by public land on the south and west sides.  Portions of these parcels drop off into Bryce Creek with spectacular views of the Bryce Canyon area.   These parcels offer solitude and privacy, as well as numerous recreational opportunities including hunting, hiking and site-seeing in the area.
