Location:

This parcel is located within the incorporated city limits of Apple Valley, Utah, approximately 18 miles east of Hurricane, Utah and just south of State Highway 59.

Access:

This parcel has a county claimed road which runs thru the parcel and numerous dirt roads to various areas within the parcel. This parcel is accessed by turning south on the Caanan Gap Road at Big Plain Junction and going south on this road approximately 1.5 miles to the northern property boundary.
