"The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (TLA) is now soliciting proposals for Engineering Services for the continuation of Grapevine Crossing Road North in Sienna Hills commercial area located within Washington City, Utah. The Scope of Work must also include mass grading for approximately 42.75 acres. The successful bidder must be able to complete the work within 60 days. Any qualified entity interested in submitting a proposal may do so until 3:00 PM on April 17, 2025.
