Request for Qualifications and Statement of Interest: The State of Utah, School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (“SITLA”) has master planned a mixed-use residential community (“Project”) just outside of Saratoga Springs, Utah. The Project encompasses approximately 1,200+/- acres of mostly gently sloping developable land that has the strong potential to become a prominent neighborhood within Saratoga Springs.
