The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is now accepting development proposals for property known as the Dammeron Valley block, approximately 510.32 acres of Trust Lands in Washington County, Utah, in Township 40 South Range 16 West, within Sections 8, 17, 18 and 20, SLB&M. The Dammeron Valley block is a few miles North of St. George in unincorporated Washington County along State Route 18. Any individual wishing to submit a competing proposal for this property may do so until 5:00 PM on March 31, 2025. Proposals should be mailed to TRUST LANDS ADMINISTRATION Attn.
