The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is now accepting offers or proposals for the lease or sale of approximately 5.753 acres of Trust Lands along Highway 18 in St. George City, Washington County in Township 41 South Range 16 West Section 35, SLB&M. The subject lands are being considered for part of a proposed interchange off the highway that will provide access to TLA property on the west side of the highway and to private property on the east side of the highway.
