Fund Growth Since 2003
0 m

Teaching colleges at Utah’s public universities is one of 12 beneficiaries of Utah’s trust lands. Trust Lands generates revenue from the acres of land held in trust and deposits the revenue into a Permanent Fund which is then divided and distributed among six teaching colleges (Utah State University, Utah Valley University, Weber State University, Southern Utah University, University of Utah, and Utah Tech University) based on teaching degrees awarded. These funds are used to prepare students for leadership and excellence within a diverse and changing educational community.
