Property in an area of open range, recreational lands, and much big game country situated at the base of Horse Canyon. Horse Canyon allows access to much of the southern portion of the Range Creek Plateau. The area is known for petroglyphs,pictoglyphs and archaeological artifacts from the Fremont Indian Tribe. The elevation ranges from approximately 6,200 feet to 8,000 feet in elevation. The property is vegetated with primary natural grasses, some sage brush, with the majority being juniper trees.


A 10% down payment and all closing costs will need to be paid at the auction.  Closing costs will include a $250.00 application fee, a $500.00 processing fee, $2,800.00 for the appraisal, plus advertising costs of $535.38 . The remaining balance will need to be paid at that time.
