Financing:
A 10% down payment and all closing costs will need to be paid at the auction.  Closing costs will include a $250.00 application fee, a $500.00 processing fee, $2,800.00 for the appraisal, plus advertising costs of $535.38 . The remaining balance will need to be paid at that time.
