Financing:

A 10% down payment and all closing costs will need to be paid at the auction.  Closing costs will include a $250.00 application fee, a $500.00 processing fee, $2,800.00 for the appraisal, plus advertising costs of $535.38 . The check should be made payable to South Eastern Utah Title Company.  Closing will occur on or before July 31, 2014 at South Eastern Utah Title Company in Price, 175 East 100 South, Price, Utah  84501 (phone number (435) 637-4455). The remaining balance will need to be paid at that time.
