This parcel is located on the northwest side of Otter Creek reservoir, approximately 8 miles north of Antimony, Utah, and 1 mile south of Angle, Utah.  It is just east of State Highway 62 and near the reservoir.  The parcel has year round access from Class B county roads which run through the parcel and along the northern edge of the property. The parcel is ideally located for easy access to the lake and other amenities in nearby communities.  The elevation is 6,400 feet. The topography is generally flat. The vegetation consists of sagebrush and mixed grass. Otter Creek is well known for its fishing and boating opportunities as well as the State Park located on the south end of the reservoir.  The property is bordered by private land on the east and south side and by BLM land on the north and west sides.
