This parcel is located approximately 12 miles northeast of Monticello, Utah.  The elevation is approximately 7,000 feet and the property is heavily covered in dense juniper.  Historically, the parcel has been used for grazing.  It is bordered by BLM land to the west and private ownership to the south.

Access:

The property is accessible along two sides from County Road 323. From Monticello head east on Highway 491 approximately 12 miles (from the junction with Highway 191) to West Summit Road, turn north. Follow West Summit Road approximately 14 miles to County Road 324 and turn west, go 1 mile and turn north on County Road 318. Continue for 1 mile and turn west on County Road 323 for 2 miles. County Road 323 runs along the southern portion of the property.
