Location:

The property is located within the city limits of the town of Green River.

Access:

The property is accessed from a good paved road via the Old HWY 6 & 50.  Directions to the property:

  1. From I-70, take Exit 160 and go North onto HWY 19 (Green River Main Street).
  2. Go north approximately 1 mile on State HWY 19 until reaching the intersection of the Old HWY 6 & 50.
  3. Turn Right onto the Old HWY 6 & 50 and go approximately 1.4 miles until reaching the NW corner of the subject property.

The parcel also has access to the Union Pacific railroad as it goes diagonally through the middle of the property. There is also a signalized railroad crossing near the Northwest corner of the property. (See Map)

Other:

The property has an elevation of approximately 4,200 feet.  The property is reasonably flat and offers excellent industrial opportunities. The vegetation consists mostly of salt brush and a few native grasses.
