Location:

The properties associated with this sale are located one mile east of the Green River and are approximately 2 miles from the center of Green River City municipality. Most of the properties are located within Grand County. However, there are a few properties associated with this sale parcel that are located in Emery county.

The properties are accessed from the Hastings and Coal Canyon road. SITLA does not guarantee access and interested parties should do their own due diligence regarding access.

Green River City is currently working towards annexing the property located in Emery County that is associated with this sale.

There are no water rights available with this property.

Utilities:

Zoning:

The properties located in Grand County are zoned RG (Range and Grazing). Grand County’s RG zone allows one (1) house for every five (5) acres. The properties in Emery County are zoned MGR (Mining, Grazing and Recreation). Emery County’s MGR zone allows one (1) house for every ten (10) acres. Interested parties should call the respective county’s planning and zoning departments for more information and to make sure all zoning is appropriate for their intended use of the property.

Financing:
