The State of Utah, School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (“Trust Lands Administration”) owns six parcels of land along the State Highway 276 Corridor near Ticaboo, UT in Eastern Garfield County, Utah. The Trust Lands Administration has received interest in developing these six parcels (the “Property”) and is requesting competing development proposals for the Property.
