The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is accepting proposals to lease and/or purchase up to 80 acres of Trust Lands in unincorporated northern San Juan County, Utah, in Township 27 South, Range 23 East, within Section 8 (SENW4 and SWNE4), SLB&M. The parcel is located within a larger block of Trust Lands in Spanish Valley and is south of Kens Lake with access by a rough county road from Kens Lake Cutoff Road. There are no utilities on or near the 80-acre parcel. Because of the parcel’s unique characteristics, proposals should respect the location with quality development plans.
