The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) is accepting competing offers for certain segments of paved roads within Right of Ways (“ROW”) within Washington County. The road segments are located in Township 41 South, Range 17 West, within Section 36 (approximately 7.53 acres) and Township 42 South Range 17 West, within Section 1 (1.51 acres) of the SLB&M.
SITLA is now soliciting competing proposals for the purchase of these road segments. Any qualified party interested in submitting a competing proposal may do so until 4:30 PM on Monday May 13, 2024.
