Special Use Lease Agreement No. 2052 Trust Lands is seeking proposals (RFPs) for sale, lease, joint development, or exchange for property within the following area:

Township 16 South, Range 5 West, SLB&M Township 17 South, Range 5 West, SLB&M Township 18 South, Range 5 West, SLB&M Township 18 South, Range 6 West, SLB&M

11,184.27 acres total | Millard County | School and Reservoir Beneficiaries (A complete legal description is listed below.) SUBJECT TO:  all easement of record or prescriptive rights.   Applications and proposals are due no later than November 27, 2024 and should be sent to the address listed below.  Interested parties must submit a check for the appropriate application and review fees.  All fees submitted are non-refundable.  All proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria:

• Income potential to the Trust Lands Administration
• Enhancement of adjacent trust lands by the proposed use
• Desirability of proposed use
• Proposed timetable for development
• Ability of applicant to perform
