The School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (TLA) has received an offer to exchange certain properties located in Rich County, Utah.  The full legal description of the property being consider is listed below, along with a map.  Any parties desiring to submit a competing offer to purchase, exchange, or lease the subject property should submit a letter of interest to Trust Lands Administration, Attn: Diane Lund (EXCH 395), 102 South 200 East, Suite 600, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111.  Letters of interest will also be accepted via email to [email protected].  If you have any questions, please call (801) 538-5163.  Letters must be received by 5:00 pm on May 31, 2025 to be considered.
