The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is now accepting offers or proposals for the lease or sale of approximately 82 acres of Trust Lands in St. George City, Washington County, in Township 43 South Range 15 West Section 11, 14, and 15 SLB&M. The subject lands are found on the west side of the St. George Airport. Access to the property is gained from Banded Hills Drive. No utilities are stubbed to property. Water line is found within Banded Hills Drive. 40% of the lands exist within hillside overlay. Parcel is zoned ASPB (Airport Supporting Business Park).
All proposals to this Request for Proposal (RFP) are due by 3:00 PM on June 22, 2026.
