The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is now accepting development proposals for property known as the Ledges block, approximately 107.7 acres of Trust Lands in
Washington County, Utah, in Township 41 South Range 16 West Sections 34 and 35, SLB&M. The Ledges block is a few miles North of St. George within municipal boundaries situated
between Snow Canyon State Park to the West, Highway 18 to the East, and the Ledges to the North. Any individual wishing to submit a competing proposal for this property may do so until
3:00 PM on June 6th, 2024. We have extended the proposal date to Friday, July 5th, 2024. Proposals should be mailed to TRUST LANDS ADMINISTRATION Attn.
