The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is now accepting offers or proposals for the lease or sale of approximately 40 acres of Trust Lands in Washington County, Leeds, Utah in Township 41 South Range 13 West Within Section 6, SLB&M. The subject parcel lies between Silver Reef Drive and Oak Grove Road. This site includes the Christy Mill which the EPA “mitagated” for mercury contamination around 2005. In accordance with State law, arechological clearances may be required. Any individual wishing to submit a proposal for this property may do so until 3:00 PM on March 30, 2023.
