The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), has received an offer to exchange adjacent parcels in Iron County, Utah. The subject SITLA parcel is approximately 22 acres, located in Township 35 South, Range 11 West, within section 26 and 35 of the SLB&M. SITLA is now soliciting competing proposals for the purchase or exchange of the 22 acre parcel. Any qualified party interested in submitting a competing proposal may do so until 4:30 PM on Monday July 18, 2022.
