The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) has received an offer to purchase approximately 3.35 acres of property in Washington County, Utah, within Washington City that lies off of Highway 9, located next to Stor-N-Lock Storage, and is located in Township 42 South, Range 14 West, within Section 4 of the SLB&M.
SITLA is now soliciting competing proposals for the purchase of this land. Any qualified party interested in submitting a competing proposal may do so until 4:30 PM on October 24, 2023.
