The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is now accepting offers or proposals for the lease or sale of approximately 11.81 acres of Trust Lands along Highway 18 in St. George City, Washington County in Township 41 South Range 16 West Section 35, SLB&M. The subject lands are owned by TLA but are part of the UDOT ROW (UDOT has exclusive control of the subject property so any sale would come with the UDOT ROW).
