Roughly 600 acres of this approximate 2900 acre block are likely to be developed due to terrain and political issues. A master plan for the largest portion of the developable area of this block is going forward. The Tonaquint block has many characteristics that make portions of it desirable for development:

  • This block‚Äôs proximity to the main parts of St. George
  • This block is easily accessed from I-15
  • The block has utilities running parallel to and through the property.
  • There are numerous recreational opportunities associated with this block, including: hiking, climbing and mountain biking.

Even with these factors however market conditions will dictate that development will still be 5-7 years out.
