Ridge Road Industrial Park
There are 14 lots available that are suitable for light industrial and manufacturing uses, as well as warehousing and distribution. The lots range in size from 1.8 to 3.9 acres. Custom lots can be configured from 1 to 5 acres. Six lots are ready for construction with all utilities available at the lot line and access by a paved County road. Uses that require larger lots can be accommodated on the west side of Highway 10 or to the east along on Ridge Road.
Ridge Road Business Park is covered by a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC+Rs) and all property owners are members of the Ridge Road Business Park owner Association. The owner’s Association maintains the entry features and landscaping and enforces the CC+Rs.
