The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) is accepting competing offers for certain segments of paved roads within UDOT Right of Ways (“ROW”) within Washington County, Utah. The road segments are located in Township 42 South, Range 16 West, within Section 11, 12, &13 (approximately 16.11 acres in UDOT ROW and Desert Tortoise Reserve), Township 42 South Range 16 West, within Section 13 ( approximately 23.06 acres in UDOT ROW with 9.33 acres of the 23.06 acres within the Desert Tortoise Reserve), Township 41 South Range 16 West, within Section 35 (approximately 11.85 acres in UDOT ROW), Township 41 South Range 16 West, within Section 22 (approximately 8.77 acres in UDOT ROW), Township 41 South Range 16 West within Section 10 and 15 (approximately 25.14 acres in UDOT ROW), and Township 41 South Range 16 West within Section 15 (approximately 18.97 acres in UDOT ROW).
SITLA is now soliciting competing proposals for the purchase of these UDOT ROW road segments. Any qualified party interested in submitting a competing proposal may do so until 4:30 PM on Monday May 13, 2024.
