Governmental Leases
This program handles all leases to governmental entities from local service districts to federal and state agencies. Many municipalities and government entities lease trust land for a variety of uses from water tank sites to military training sites. Government leases can facilitate infrastructure development for local communities as well as other uses and can accommodate from 1 to 51 year terms.
