The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is now accepting offers or proposals for the sale or development of certain Trust Lands in Utah County, located near Saratoga Springs, UT, known as the Prospect Hill Parcel (approximately 41.42 acres of which appr. 18 acres is potentially developable). The parcel is described as Lots 1 and 2 of Section 4 of T6S, R1W, SLB&M (eastern portion of Parcel Tax ID 59:004:0007). Any entity wishing to submit a proposal for the development or purchase of this property may do so until 3:00 PM on March 23, 2026. The RFP can be found here.
