The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is now accepting offers or proposals for the purchase or development of certain Trust Lands in Garfield County, located near Bryce Canyon City, known as the Coyote Hill Parcel (approximately 200 acres). The parcel is described as the SW¼SW¼ of Section 34 of T35S, R4W, SLB&M, Lot 4 of Section 3 of T36S, R4W, SLB&M and Lots 1 and 2 and SE ¼NE¼ of Section 4 of T36S, R4W, SLB&M. Any entity wishing to submit a proposal for the development or purchase of this property may do so until 3:00 PM on June 29, 2026. Proposals should be e-mailed to Aaron Langston at [email protected].
