TLA will accept bids to lease, purchase, or exchange property. Any interested bidder must submit their bid, a development plan and an application for the property along with the following: $50,000 earnest monies, $700 processing fee, $250 application fee, and $150 advertisement fee. Â All bids, applications and payments must be submitted to the address below by 5:00 PM on August 7th, 2026.
