Land Sale Auctions (Upcoming and Past)


Land sale auctions are usually held once or twice each year. In order for a parcel of land to be sold, it must first be determined that selling the property is in the best interest of beneficiaries of the Trust. After a parcel is determined to be eligible for sale, cultural and environmental clearance is required as well as advertising.
