  • Anasazi Kayenta Parcel
    The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), has received an offer to purchase approximately 1.68 acres in Washington County, Utah located near Anasazi Road and Hwy 91 in Township 42 South, Range 17 West, within section 1 of the SLB&M. SITLA is now soliciting competing proposals for the purchase of this land. Any qualified party interested in submitting a competing proposal may do so until 4:30 PM on August 14, 2019. The subject parcel, comprising the noth 3/4 of section 32, township 43 south range 14 west, SLB&M, is not entitled, has no utilities, and has no legal access. SITLA is now soliciting competing proposals for the development of this land. Any qualified entity interested in submitting a proposal may do so until 4:30 PM on May 22, 2019.   • Sienna Hills 17B- The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), has received letters of interest from a developer to purchase or acquire 5.75 gross acres of multifamily property (roughly a 3 net acre super pad) on the south side of Telegraph near the Washington Parkway and Telegraph intersection in Washington City, Utah. The subject land, located within township 42 south range 15 west in section 13, has a density of 16 units per acre within the Sienna Hills PCD, known as parcel 17B within the Sienna Hills development. SITLA is now soliciting competing proposals for the development of this land. Any qualified developer interested in submitting a proposal may do so until 4:30 PM on December 24, 2018.   • Wasatch County -The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) has received an offer to purchase two parcels of its property located in northwestern Wasatch County, Utah. SITLA is soliciting competing proposals to develop or purchase either or both of the following parcels:
    • 475+/- acres located west of US-40 and Jordanelle Reservoir in a portion of section 36, T2S, R4E, SLB&M.
    • 269+/- acres located west of US-40 and north of Wasatch State Park in a portion of section 2, T3S, R4E, SLB&M.

  • 801 Acre Parcel in Washington County- The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), has received an offer to purchase approximately 801 acres in Washington County, Utah in Township 42 south, Range 14 West, (portions of sections 29 and 32), and a portion of Township 43 south Range 14 West, section 5 of the SLB&M.  SITLA is now soliciting competing proposals for the purchase of this land. The subject land is located within T41S R17W Section 25 & 36. SITLA is now soliciting competing proposals for the development of this land.
