The SITLA Surface Management Group is recruiting for a Trust Lands Resource Specialist in its Richfield Office.
Trust Lands Resource Specialists administer and manage all aspects of the grazing program for the southern half of the state, which encompasses 12 counties. This employee also has responsibilities over the Agricultural Leasing, Small Forest Product, and Noxious Weed programs, and basic land stewardship responsibilities in the southern half of the state. The Resource Specialist helps the agency identify conservation and exchange opportunities, and strategizes development opportunities and methods of adding value to parcels of land.
